D700 and ISO 6400

Did somebody say noise? This picture was shot at ISO 6400, 1/40 shutter speed and f2.8, at 24mm focal length with my 24-70. And I held my camera at my waist when I clicked the shutter because I didn’t want people to know I was taking their pictures.

Now I’m really impressed with this camera. I just need to turn on Auto-ISO and shoot without worrying about exposure. I still can’t post any of the work I’m doing for my client here and it’s quite frustrating because I want to show so many good stuff I shot here.. Anyway 8 months time, I’ll be able to put it online.

UPDATE: My dad’s been hospitalized because he suffered 3 strokes. I was with him in the hospital today and his condition is not so good. I’m worried. And pray that he will recover well and quick. I’m supposed to head back to KL today but now I’m staying here for the night. If his condition is better tomorrow I might head back to KL and can meet up with anyone for mamak. Cheers.
