At 1545 hrs on October 15, 2008, my dad passed away. All his family members were by his bedside when he went. He had a lot of love and compassion during his last moments in this life. He was a man of great integrity, he never bribed a cop, he would rather get a ticket. He was a loving and caring, he was kind hearted, compassionate, giving, and he was at peace with himself. He was greatly loved by many people who knew him. The last 5 years of his life, he moved to Penang to find solace and peace, and he has been a more calm and happier person whilst spending his life in Batu Ferringhi. He went fishing almost everyday. He made new friends. And most importantly, he found a new companion. My dad was happy and at peace when he passed away. I am happy for him, now that he has gone to a better place where he can have a better life. I am glad and grateful that he has been blessed by God. His physical body may be dead, but his spirit will always be with me. I love him very much. And I will do my best for him. Goodbye dad, may you rest in peace…
We will be having the ceremony at the funeral parlour and details below. If you would like to attend, you are all welcome. My father was a kind and generous man, even to strangers.
