Historical Malacca
I’m in Malacca to continue my assignment after Penang and JB. I’ve never visited this famous Portuguese ship before until now and what can I say, it’s a huge and beautiful ship. After a long week in Penang with my dad passing away and having to finish this assignment, I’m actually quite drained but there are few moments where inspiration flows out from me. And I just had to snap this image to remember that I was here.
What can I say about the D700 and the Nikon lenses.. it never fails to amaze me. I love using live view to frame the image while I put the camera on the ground, set it to auto ISO, with my 20mm at f4, and put it on self-timer. This image was shot at ISO 1600. Just look at the colours.. it’s wonderful..

Yeah, what a great camera. Good to hear you’re back in full speed too. Cheers!
