Engaged: Hanaa & Hafeez (my younger brother!)

So I shot a very nice couple who recently got engaged. And he’s my younger brother Jiwah.. who’s getting married to Hanaa.. and he’s converted to a Muslim and changing his name to Hafiz. I’m proud of him. He’s the first one in our family to get married, so this is really an occasion.

So of course he asked if I could do some photos for them and naturally I couldn’t say no. It rained for a while but we went ahead with the shoot anyway and you can just barely see the raindrops in some of the photos… :)

We started with a nice and close-up portrait of them:

Then we proceeded to a classic shot on the staircase:

Isn’t she gorgeous..

And I like this moment:

And this one too..:

I love this portrait of them:

So is my brother handsome or not? :)

For once, the sun came out at the end of the shoot!:

Excellent potraits for the newly engaged!! WIth CNY around the corner, any plan for another photo session in traditional Chinese or nyonya costumes? That would be awesome collection to usher in the festive season.
