Nicky & 3 Speedlights
I just bought another SB-800 speedlight, so now I have 3 speedlights in total. That will do for now until I get more cash flow to collect more gear. So here’s a shot of Nicky during my experiment with all 3 speedlights. I will post more photos of Nicky I took last month in my next post. And this is one of the reasons I bought a Nikon D700 instead of the D3, I can use my on camera flash as the commander to trigger the remote flashes. I can’t do this with a D3 unless I buy the external transmitter.. 
I put two SB-800s behind her on the left and right. A SB-900 in front of her to the left a little, and a silver reflector on right side to fill in the shadows. Used Color EFX Pro and put some Glamour Glow on the picture. Please be reminded that I have not used Photoshop in months ever since I got Apple’s Aperture 2 software to make my workflow and editing a lot easier. I don’t need to use Photoshop anymore because most of the tools I need are in Aperture 2 and in the plug-ins that I have. Cheers!
I realize that Nikon produce nice colour….Is megapixels important in professional photography???
